Calender: Mainly used for gluing or rubbing of cord canvas, laminating, laminating and embossing of rubber materials. The main working part of the calender is the roller, and the number of rollers is usually 3 or more.
2. Tire machinery: including tire forming machine, tire wire ring machine, tire shaping vulcanizer, capsule vulcanizer, cushion belt vulcanizer, inner tube joint machine and inner tube vulcanizer, as well as bicycle tire machinery, tire retreading machinery and recycled rubber production machinery. Tire machinery occupies an important position in rubber machinery, because more than 60% of the world's rubber is used to make tires.
3. Other rubber product machinery: used to make other rubber products other than tires, such as seals, pipes, rubber shoes, etc.
II. Development history
The development history of rubber machinery can be traced back to the 18th century. For example, in 1795, Joseph Bramah of England manufactured a manual piston extruder for making seamless lead pipes, which is considered to be the world's first extruder. In 1826, open rubber mills began to be used for production. In 1879, the world's first screw extruder was born. Since then, various forms of screw extruder machinery have appeared in large numbers, and different specifications and varieties have been fully equipped to meet the requirements of different product performance characteristics.
