The drying section uses three 4KW hot air blowers with screw rollers to ensure no moisture residue. The powder spraying and dust removal section adopts imported filter cartridges with 99.95% efficiency, matched with Schneider electrical components, stability far exceeding industry standards.

With adjustable speed from 0-45m/min, suitable for straight/bent nozzles and minimum processing length of 700mm, the tensile strength after vulcanization exceeds national standards.
