The negative pressure adsorption is extremely strong: put the tire blank on the mold, and it will be firmly(adsorbed) with a "sizzle", resulting in tires with regular curvature and dimensions. The drying section uses three 4KW hot air blowers with screw rollers to ensure no moisture residue.
