Qingdao Augu 2025 Year-End Summary and Future Outlook

In 2025, Qingdao Augu has always adhered to the concept of "Aspiration, Innovation, Enterprise," deeply engaged in the rubber machinery field and delivering value based on customer needs. Throughout the year, we completed the customization and delivery of over 100 sets of equipment including tire vulcanizing presses, building machines, and rubber sheet cooling lines, serving more than 20 new and old customers at home and abroad. The fulfillment rate of customized projects in Southeast Asian and African markets reached 100%, and the customer repurchase rate increased by 15% compared with last year. Relying on the professional R&D team, we optimized the automation modules of bead wire forming lines and inner tube packing machines, helping customers reduce costs and improve efficiency, and received many positive comments such as "stable equipment and thoughtful service."

We also recognize our shortcomings— the delivery cycle of some non-standard equipment needs further shortening. In 2026, we will upgrade the customized service process, enhance the efficiency of pre-sales demand communication, improve the after-sales technical support system, and plan to launch equipment operation and maintenance training services.
