Our Augu Airbag vulcanizing press is designed to improve quality and efficiency for tire production! Adopting a six-plate five-layer structure with a maximum clamping force of 80 tons, the hot plate heats evenly with steam, and the heat insulation design saves more energy. Independent high and low pressure pipelines allow two people to operate simultaneously without affecting high pressure; mold lowering requires no motor startup, with fewer faults and more peace of mind.
Equipped with core components—Mitsubishi PLC + Schneider low-voltage electrical appliances + AirTac pneumatic components. Manual and automatic dual modes adapt to different scenarios, suitable for mold installation, commissioning and mass production.
