Augu Cooling Lines: Great Partners for Rubber Mixing and Tread Production

Our factory's cooling lines  include rubber sheet cooling lines and tread cooling lines. Rubber sheet cooling lines can combine with internal mixers and open mills into automatic lines, handling cooling, slicing and stacking in one go. With three structures—suspended, flat and roller type—they fit 1 - 15mm thick, ≤1200mm wide rubber sheet.

Tread cooling lines are for tire tread/sidewall cooling, suitable for bias tires and semi/full steel radial tires, with weighing, marking and cutting functions. Cooling methods can choose spray or immersion as needed. Easy to operate, they boost continuous production. Welcome to visit our factory!
